EARLY CALL TIME: A $100 per hour fee will be charged for appointments before 8:00 am.

HOLIDAY/ HOLIDAY WEEKENDS: An additional 100.00 will be added to final billing for Holiday and/or Holiday weekend (if Holiday fell during the week)
